Disclosure: Per state law, individual donations are limited to $1,600, and couple donations are limited to $3,200 for each election cycle. This means an individual may donate $1,600 for the Republican primary race and $1,600 for the general election for a total of $3,200. For a couple, they can donate $3,200 for the Republican primary race and $3,200 for the general election for a total of $6,400.

Contributions to the Zack Walden for Judge campaign are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. All contributions are made for the primary election unless otherwise noted by donor. If a contribution exceeds the limit allowed for the primary election, the campaign will apply any excess contribution to the general election.

State law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contribution exceeds $100 in an election cycle. By making this online donation, I also acknowledge the following to be true and accurate: 

I am at least 18 years old; this contribution is being made from my own funds and not from an account maintained by a corporation, labor union or national bank, and is not being reimbursed by another person or entity; and I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e. green card holder).
